About This Nursery
Scioto Gardens grows perennials, ferns, grasses, and flowering shrubs and trees with an emphasis on native plants. A few exotics are also grown- provided they are note species detrimental to our environment. It was founded in 1999 to preserve and promote a return to more natural growing methods in order to benefit the environment.
